Responsibilities
- Help implement national outreach programs that support student recruitment and brand visibility goals.
- Support the organization of school talks, campus tours, advisor meetings, exhibitions, and related events.
- Collaborate with campus teams to ensure activities follow national messaging and strategic priorities.
- Assist in deploying engagement kits, promotional materials, and communication tools to campuses.
- Manage logistics for national school engagement efforts, including distribution of materials and scheduling.
- Maintain operational systems and workflows to ensure consistent program delivery across locations.
- Coordinate multi-site initiatives involving various internal and external stakeholders.
- Support lead follow-up strategies for school audiences in partnership with marketing and sales.
- Help manage outreach campaigns, messaging, and content sharing with school contacts.
- Ensure accurate recording of leads and engagement data in CRM and marketing systems.
- Assist in tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of engagement campaigns.
- Foster strong collaboration with internal teams across campuses, marketing, and sales functions.
- Support outreach to secondary schools, career advisors, and education networks.
- Bridge national strategy with on-the-ground implementation at campuses.
- Contribute to performance reporting on engagement outcomes such as awareness, leads, and enrollments.
- Analyze engagement data to identify patterns, opportunities, and improvement areas.
- Collect feedback from events, campuses, and school partners to guide program enhancements.
- Support ongoing refinement of marketing resources, processes, and engagement initiatives.
