What You’ll Do
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students’ functional needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver targeted therapeutic interventions that support participation in daily school activities
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Track, document, and evaluate student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations for accommodations and modifications
• Educate school staff and families on strategies to support student development and independence
• Foster a supportive, inclusive environment that promotes confidence and growth for every student
What You Bring
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, but not required
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• A genuine passion for helping students reach their full potential
