Centerstone is seeking a School Based Therapist to provide critical therapy services to clients within a school environment in Tullahoma. You will apply your clinical expertise to support student mental health while maintaining the highest standards of care and professional judgment.
What You'll Do
- Formulate a diagnosis upon completion of an intake assessment
- Complete all clinical documentation in a timely manner
- Create and update treatment plans according to organizational policy
- Provide therapy services based on assessment of clinical needs and diagnosis
- Respond to supervisory communication, including urgent care situations and other clinical needs
- Keep your administrative supervisor informed of all potential issues impacting the program or organization
- Respond to client needs in a timely and professional manner
- Demonstrate good clinical judgment in all aspects of client care
What We're Looking For
- A Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Mental Health, or a related field
- Coursework and/or work experience, including clinical internships, covering: treatment and treatment planning, appraisal and assessment of mental disorders, psychopathology, and the use of the DSM in assigning a diagnosis

- Preference for candidates who are license-eligible in their chosen field
