About the Role

The role involves working closely with school districts to establish strong partnerships, facilitate program adoption, and ensure effective use of research-based tools and practices to enhance student success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with school and district leadership teams
  • Serve as the primary liaison between schools and the implementing organization
  • Support districts in adopting and integrating evidence-based programs
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor implementation progress
  • Coordinate training sessions for educators and administrators
  • Gather and analyze implementation data to inform improvement strategies
  • Assist districts in setting goals aligned with program objectives
  • Troubleshoot challenges related to program rollout and execution
  • Facilitate communication between research teams and school personnel
  • Ensure fidelity to program models during implementation
  • Organize district-wide planning meetings and professional development events
  • Track key performance indicators and report on outcomes
  • Provide coaching and technical assistance to school staff
  • Promote data-driven decision-making within partner districts
  • Assist in the development of implementation resources and tools
  • Support evaluation efforts by collecting qualitative and quantitative data
  • Maintain detailed records of partnership activities and communications
  • Identify opportunities for scaling successful practices
  • Stay informed about education policy and district priorities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align support strategies
  • Respond to district-specific needs with tailored solutions
  • Lead onboarding for new partner districts
  • Monitor timelines and deliverables for partnership agreements
  • Contribute to grant reporting and compliance requirements
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement among partners

Nice to Have

  • Master’s degree in education, leadership, or related field
  • Experience in urban school reform efforts
  • Background in behavioral science or psychology
  • Prior work with research-practice partnerships
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement frameworks
  • Training in coaching or adult learning theory
  • Experience evaluating program effectiveness
  • Knowledge of social-emotional learning programs
