Responsibilities
- Assist the scheme communications manager in creating and refining communication strategies for the program
- Prepare written content such as letters, flyers, and email messages
- Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Participate in calls and meetings to collect information and foster relationships with internal teams and clients
- Organize and attend public information events to engage stakeholders
- Evaluate customer data to inform and improve communication initiatives
- Monitor and respond to communications via a shared email inbox

- This position is a maternity leave cover and will last for at least 12 months.
- The role requires 30 hours per week, which can be distributed over four days, with some flexibility for remote work.
