Responsibilities
- Manages patient scheduling flow by accurately recording surgical procedures and related documentation.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for coordinating patient admissions and surgical appointments.
- Notifies supervisors of operational issues and supports resolution efforts.
- Manages high-volume communications with strong customer service focus.
- Keeps medical records updated, prepares stat reports, inputs data into multiple systems, and generates reports as needed.
- Ensures office supplies and equipment are available and functional.
- Supports onboarding of new team members in scheduling and data entry procedures.
- Provides backup coverage for team responsibilities when necessary.
