Equip Health is hiring a Scheduling Operations Specialist (Remote - PST/MST Timezone)

Equip Health is hiring a remote Scheduling Operations Specialist to serve as a key point of contact during patient onboarding. You will create a consistent scheduling experience, manage provider calendars, and support care collaboration, all within our virtual treatment model.

What You'll Do

• Respond efficiently to assigned patient onboarding tasks.
• Schedule initial intake sessions with providers and activate patient accounts.
• Educate patients on the Equip treatment model, virtual modality, and required time commitment.
• Update and manage provider schedules according to established workflows.
• Collaborate with provider leads to arrange coverage during provider out-of-office time.
• Follow workflows to create a positive, consistent scheduling experience.
• Conduct proactive outreach to patients who have missed or canceled appointments.
• Provide input on workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Complete required documentation in digital systems accurately and promptly.
• Adapt to evolving organizational and team needs.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, business administration, communications, or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years in a customer or patient success/support role.
• Knowledge of HIPAA policies and procedures.
• Proficiency with digital, cloud-based communication and software platforms.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary range: $56,000 to $65,000 annually.
