Turner & Townsend is looking for a Project Control / Scheduler to plan, monitor, and control project schedules throughout the lifecycle of construction projects. You will focus on developing and maintaining accurate schedules, tracking performance against baselines, and ensuring the timely delivery of milestones.
What You'll Do
- Create detailed project schedules using industry-standard tools, incorporating scope, resources, and timelines.
- Track actual progress versus planned, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare regular schedule reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Quantity Surveyors, site teams, and project managers to align cost and schedule objectives.
- Assess schedule risks, evaluate impacts of changes, and maintain updated schedules accordingly.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
- Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in site-based projects.
- Experience with project control & scheduling.
- Detail-oriented ability to maintain accuracy in schedules, progress tracking, and reporting.
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills to analyze delays, assess impacts, and develop recovery strategies.
- Proactive and organized, anticipating potential risks and taking initiative to address scheduling issues.
- Collaborative and communicative, working well with multidisciplinary teams and communicating clearly.
- Adaptable and resilient, comfortable working in dynamic environments and adjusting schedules and priorities.
- Integrity and accountability, maintaining transparency in reporting and taking ownership of responsibilities.
