Bosch Chassis Systems India Private Ltd. is seeking an experienced IT Business Partner. In this pivotal onsite role at our Gangaikondan location, you will be responsible for bridging IT and business objectives. You will administer strategic IT initiatives, drive technology adoption, implement critical systems, and foster a secure, collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
- Administer the IT strategy calendar and targets to leverage standardized IT tools and best practices aligned with business goals.
- Promote adoption of state-of-the-art technology to enhance business efficiency and reduce obsolete technology usage.
- Implement IT applications and infrastructure to meet current and future business requirements, delivering agreed Key Performance Results.
- Implement planned IT infrastructure investments optimally to ensure business continuity and control spending.
- Control usage of Information Security Directives and guidelines to minimize cyber security risk through governance team collaboration.
- Develop a culture of collaboration with internal and external stakeholders for timely project delivery and enhanced user experience.
- Contribute to employee well-being and motivation through development trainings in latest technologies and soft skills.
- Develop and manage information security & privacy related concepts for the business unit.
- Support business owners in ensuring operations meet security expectations.
- Lead information privacy and security awareness initiatives and programs.
- Oversee audits and other privacy compliance checks, both internal and external.
- Manage all operational activities of the business unit pertaining to information security and privacy.
- Develop and maintain ISP (Information Security and Data Protection) concepts, regulations, and documentation.
- Provide consultation and support on privacy and security related queries to users.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in Technology & Engineering.
- 9-10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven experience in Information Security & Data Protection.
- Hands-on experience with IT Infrastructure and Budgeting.
Work Mode
This position requires onsite work at our office in Gangaikondan.
