Responsibilities
- Maintain department operations by clearly communicating and achieving set objectives.
- Ensure all items produced meet established quality and portion control standards.
- Verify accurate labeling and proper placement of products into totes.
- Follow company protocols and regulatory requirements related to sanitation, cleaning, and food safety.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines to promote a safe and efficient workplace.
- Perform routine care and upkeep of all assigned equipment.
- Occasionally perform additional tasks as assigned within the scope of the role.

- Required to wear cumbersome protective clothing or equipment during shift.
- Lack of control over pace due to multiple and/or tight deadlines beyond one’s control.
- Ability to work in a cool environment for prolonged periods (4 to 6 degrees Celsius).
- Exposure to workplace hazards including the potential of icy floors, spills and equipment malfunctions.
- Required to lift, carry and/or handle heavy objects.
- Required to stand for extended periods of time while performing production work.
- Repetitive bending and twisting movements are required.
