Responsibilities
- Lead and guide a team of SCADA engineers, providing technical direction and support
- Design, deploy, and maintain SCADA and energy management platforms
- Ensure seamless connectivity and integration of energy resources, including renewable generation, battery storage, and thermal systems
- Work closely with trading, information technology, and infrastructure departments
- Monitor system operations and resolve technical problems promptly
- Maintain adherence to cybersecurity protocols and relevant industry regulations
- Assist in integrating new energy assets and keep system documentation up to date
- Create operational dashboards and tools to enhance visibility and decision-making
- Liaise with external vendors and third-party partners
- Support the evolution of system architecture and ongoing improvement projects
