Nagarro is hiring a SAP Solution Architect

Nagarro is looking for an SAP Solution Architect to join our global SAP business unit. In this role, you will drive S/4HANA conversion projects for upper midmarket clients, primarily in the manufacturing industry. You’ll be responsible for project leadership, bridging customer IT with our internal Conversion Factory, and contributing to presales and methodology development.

What You'll Do

• Manage projects and sub-projects for S/4HANA conversion initiatives, focusing on the upper midmarket manufacturing sector.
• Act as the primary interface between customer IT teams and Nagarro’s internal Conversion Factory.
• Participate in presales activities, including preparing proposals and delivering customer presentations.
• Co-design and actively evolve the Conversion Factory by developing delivery methods and tools.

What We're Looking For

• Over 5 years of experience in SAP consulting, architecture, or project management.
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA conversions, including system conversion and shell conversion using SLO technology (SDT).
• Practical know-how in cutover management.
• Familiarity with SAP product strategy and motivation to drive it forward.
• Solid IT architecture knowledge and an understanding of platform strategies.
• A technical-functional understanding of SAP systems.
• Experience with project management methods, both classic and agile.
• Strong communication skills, initiative, and customer orientation.
• International experience collaborating with multicultural teams.
• Willingness to continuously develop professionally.
• Language skills: business fluent German and fluent English.
