Lead and manage S/4HANA transformation initiatives for upper midmarket manufacturing clients. Serve as the primary link between customer IT departments and internal delivery teams. Support presales through proposal development and client-facing presentations. Collaborate on the evolution of delivery frameworks, methods, and tools
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end S/4HANA conversion projects or sub-projects, particularly in manufacturing environments
- Act as a communication bridge between client IT stakeholders and internal delivery units
- Contribute to presales by preparing technical proposals and delivering presentations to clients
- Help refine and enhance delivery methodologies and tools within the Conversion Factory
Requirements
- Over five years of professional experience in SAP consulting, architecture, or project leadership
- Proven background in S/4HANA system and shell conversions, including SLO technology (SDT)
- Demonstrated expertise in cutover planning and execution
- Understanding of SAP’s product direction and commitment to advancing its adoption
- Solid foundation in IT architecture and platform strategy principles
- Functional and technical proficiency in SAP systems
- Familiarity with both traditional and agile project management approaches
- Strong interpersonal skills, proactive mindset, and focus on client needs
- Experience working in international, multicultural environments
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth
- Fluent business-level German and English language skills
