Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ABAP solutions in ECC and S/4HANA
- Perform ABAP OO developments
- Implement Enhancements (BAdIs, User Exits)
- Develop Interfaces (IDoc, integrations)
- Create Forms (Smart Forms, Adobe Forms)
- Analyze and debug technical issues
- Work closely with functional consultants in QM and MM
- Gradually take over requirement analysis with business stakeholders
- Perform customizing tasks
- Engage in process design and optimization
- Support S/4HANA projects and system improvements
- Handle IT Service Management
- Collect, provide and update key IT service measurement statistics
- Provide ticket and problem management solutions
- Contribute to Company Vision, Mission, and Long-Term Strategy
- Contribute / Drive ideas and feedback to support the company’s strategic direction
- Actively engage in initiatives that align with the organization's mission and long-term goals
- Support leadership in driving cultural, digital, or operational transformation aligned with vision
- Promote collaboration across teams to ensure alignment with Continental Tires India’s strategic priorities
Requirements
- ABAP development skill is a must
- Strong exposure to QM or MM modules
Nice to Have
- Exposure to both QM and MM modules is a plus
