What You'll Do
Design and deploy SAP Project System solutions that meet business objectives and adapt to changing operational demands. Translate stakeholder requirements into functional designs, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams. Support end-to-end implementation phases, including testing, troubleshooting, and system stabilization.
Work hand-in-hand with both technical and business units to integrate SAP PS with other modules, enhancing overall system efficiency. Contribute to refining processes and delivery frameworks to improve long-term sustainability and performance.
Requirements
- At least two years of hands-on experience in SAP Project System or related SAP functional areas
- Intermediate-level knowledge of SAP PS functionality and project lifecycle management
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline
- Familiarity with project cost tracking, scheduling, and work breakdown structures
- Clear communication skills for engaging with technical developers and non-technical business users
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)
- Experience applying problem-solving techniques in complex project environments
- Understanding of project management approaches such as Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid models
- Skill in data analysis, reporting, and interpreting project performance metrics
- Proven ability to engage stakeholders and drive consensus across teams
