Kyndryl is hiring a SAP Managing Consultant to drive IT strategy and SAP-led transformations. In this role, you will apply deep domain and technology expertise to analyze challenges and create innovative solutions, acting as a catalyst for comprehensive modernization across people, culture, process, and technology.
What You'll Do
- Design robust enterprise architectures integrating SAP solutions (S/4HANA, SAP BTP, LeanIX, Signavio) with hybrid environments.
- Develop actionable transformation roadmaps aligned with clients' business strategies.
- Conduct maturity assessments to optimize technical and business capabilities.
- Drive the adoption of SAP and non-SAP innovations, with an emphasis on data, AI, and intelligent technologies.
- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA and RISE with SAP implementations using the SAP Activate methodology.
- Facilitate Design Thinking workshops to align IT and business stakeholders.
- Advise clients on future SAP-centric architectures and adoption strategies.
- Ensure consistency across business, data, application, and technology domains through governance.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams, functional leaders, and C-level executives.
- Translate client business needs into customized SAP architectures and solutions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop value-driven technical proposals for SAP projects.
- Support deal closures by providing strategic and technical insights.
- Analyze the customer's current state and define IT Strategy including key outcomes.
- Design conceptual solutions and plan/execute design and implementation work.
- Account for time, cost, and quality targets.
- Develop IP and own specific assets, tools, and white papers.
- Assemble and lead a team of consultants and architects.
- Facilitate and capture lessons learned from engagements to update methodologies and assets.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Over 10 years of experience as an Enterprise Architect or Solutions Architect in large-scale SAP transformation projects.
- Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA transformations and RISE with SAP implementations, using SAP Activate and intelligent technologies.
- Experience in global consulting firms (e.g., Big Four or equivalent) focused on SAP-based innovation.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP solutions (S/4HANA, SAP BTP, LeanIX, Signavio).
- Proficiency in hybrid architecture design and application landscape optimization.
- Hands-on experience in SAP pre-sales and technical proposal development.
- SAP Enterprise Architect (P_SAPEA) certification.
- Leadership, intellectual curiosity, strategic thinking, and a collaborative mindset.
- Fluent English at a business level.
- Exceptional ability to engage technical and executive stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Postgraduate degree or MBA.
- TOGAF certification or equivalent in enterprise architecture.
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP).
