As an SAP HCM for S/4HANA Expert, you will lead advisory and implementation efforts in large-scale HR transformation initiatives. Your focus will be on helping organizations transition from legacy SAP ECC HCM systems to modern S/4HANA platforms, evaluating strategic pathways such as full HCM on S/4, the Compatibility Pack, or hybrid integrations with SuccessFactors.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on optimal migration strategies for SAP HCM to S/4HANA, balancing technical feasibility and business needs
- Analyze architectural options and recommend tailored solutions based on client requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SuccessFactors specialists, to deliver integrated HR landscapes
- Design system architecture and, depending on seniority, lead workstreams within transformation programs
- Support proposal development, RfP responses, and solution design for new client engagements
What You Bring
- Proven background in SAP ECC HCM with strong functional knowledge in at least one core area: Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll (PY), or Time Management (PT)
- Fluency in both German and English to effectively engage with teams and stakeholders
- Clear communication skills and the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives
- A structured approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
- Curiosity about emerging SAP technologies, especially HCM for S/4HANA
- Prior exposure to SAP HCM on S/4HANA is highly advantageous
