Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and transform them into system blueprints
- Develop design documentation for SAP HANA data models
- Perform necessary configurations to optimize SAP ECC performance with SAP HANA
- Convert functional specifications into detailed technical specifications
- Transform business KPIs into HANA-based models and define reporting structures
- Adapt business KPIs for dashboard visualization and design dashboard layouts
- Establish procedures for importing metadata
- Determine attributes, measures, and hierarchical relationships
- Create and organize model packages
- Design and build attribute views in SAP HANA
- Design and build analytic views in SAP HANA
- Design and build calculation views in SAP HANA
- Manage mappings between attributes
- Generate constant fields within models
- Define and implement analytic privileges
- Develop SQL functions using the function editor
- Build calculated attributes using currency as a unit of measure
- Activate dependent objects after changes
- Verify accuracy and integrity of information models
- Compare different versions of objects
- Examine references between models
- Review audit logs for information models
- Transfer models between systems via export and import
- Confirm correctness of information models
- Assess object version differences
