Responsibilities
- Set up Project Systems elements such as Project Structures, Budget Structures, OG Structures, Work Centers, and Funds Assignments
- Establish budget frameworks and oversee fund availability controls
- Enable live integration between Project Systems and modules like finance, sales and distribution, and procurement
- Lead user engagement activities including workshops, documentation, and system testing
- Deliver end-user assistance encompassing training, issue resolution, release coordination, and organizational change management
- Ensure adherence to federal budgeting rules and internal financial controls
