Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain Funds Management modules such as Funds Center, Funded Program, and Availability Control (AVC)
- Design and implement budget hierarchies and oversee fund availability monitoring configurations
- Enable seamless, real-time data exchange between financial, grants, and procurement systems
- Lead user engagement activities including training sessions, documentation, and system testing
- Ensure adherence to federal budgeting rules and organizational financial controls
