What You'll Do
Guide clients through the transformation of financial processes by designing and implementing SAP S/4HANA solutions tailored to their business needs. Lead requirement gathering sessions, translate business challenges into functional designs, and support technical realization across the full project lifecycle. Facilitate workshops and client meetings to ensure alignment and drive project momentum.
Collaborate within interdisciplinary teams on diverse projects, applying either agile or traditional methodologies depending on client context. Focus on Financials modules within S/4HANA, ensuring solutions are scalable, efficient, and future-ready.
Requirements
- Completed degree in computer science, business information systems, or business administration, or equivalent professional experience
- Solid understanding of business administration principles, particularly in finance
- Proven experience with SAP in finance or controlling, especially SAP FI and SAP CO
- Strong motivation to engage with emerging topics in the SAP S/4HANA ecosystem
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Independent, solution-focused work ethic with a high degree of self-responsibility
- Fluent in German and proficient in English
- Flexibility to adapt to project demands, including travel as required
