Infosys Consulting is looking for a Senior Principal or Principal consultant to lead client engagements focused on Cloud Transformation Strategy, specifically for Oracle ERP Cloud. In this role, you will be responsible for providing thought leadership and managing the business and technical aspects of large-scale Oracle ERP transformations.
What You'll Do
- Develop the business case for Oracle cloud ERP transformation, including financial and non-financial benefits and required investments.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to manage assessments and develop cloud migration strategies and multi-year journey maps.
- Manage client relationships and advise clients to solve their problems and issues.
- Support the design of a cloud operating model, including required capabilities, processes, roles, and organization structures.
- Evaluate different products for business functions.
- Lead client discussions to define issues and opportunities and deliver practical solutions.
- Lead or participate in the development and delivery of service offerings and the blueprint/design of finance transformation.
- Provide insight on new and emerging perspectives on package enabled transformations and emerging products and practices.
- Provide patterns, best practices, and white papers on ERP transformation strategy.
- Capture work products, insights, and intellectual property into the firm’s knowledge management system.
- Stay informed on trends in business practices and emerging products and technologies.
- Demonstrate ability to share expertise with team and client.
- Support client proposal development and sales, including presentations.
- Contribute points of view through blogging, white papers, and other thought leadership.
- Lead work streams to aid development of new business opportunities.
- Conduct market and client research and industry analysis.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree with an MBA or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution (or four years progressive experience in specialty in lieu of every year of education).
- At least 15+ years experience implementing and managing package enabled business transformation involving Oracle applications.
- Business transformation and Oracle implementation experience with at least 3 end-to-end implementations of Oracle at client locations using a global delivery model, with at least 1 with ERP Cloud.
- Well-defined management consulting experience, including Project Management and/or Business Analysis.
- Strong understanding of business and market dynamics, financial practices, and supportive technology advancements in Oracle ERP cloud and other products.
- Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Proficient with industry standard program management tools and practices.
- Ability to travel to multiple local, state, and national client locations.

Nice to Have
- A minimum of 5 years experience implementing one of these Oracle service areas: Oracle Supply Chain Cloud, Supply chain planning, Inventory, Manufacturing, Order Management, Procurement.
- Ability to translate how technology impacts business capabilities with conversational knowledge of core Oracle Cloud finance applications and functions.
- Industry domain knowledge in Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, Retail, CPG, Communications.
- Experience managing business processes across multiple functional areas and an appreciation of how they impact each other.
- Good understanding of the latest industry trends in business processes and practices across functional areas like finance, supply chain, inventory and warehouse management, manufacturing, planning, and customer relationship management.
- Demonstrated capability to provide thought leadership and architect business solutions across functional areas.
- Ability to lead teams to deliver business solutions and projects and mentor team members.
- Functional process experience in an organization and/or industry specific experience.
- Ability to develop a business case for Oracle cloud ERP transformation.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to manage assessments and develop cloud migration strategies and multi-year journey maps.
- Strong problem-solving skills; ability to determine the proper course or methodology without direction.
- Good Program/Project Management skills, including experience interviewing client executives, process mapping, scoping, planning, establishing governance, and stakeholder communications.
- Experience participating as a member of a project team through all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Ability to produce clear, concise, relevant, and accurate documentation based on captured requirements.
- Strong presentation skills, extensive experience writing successful project proposals, and demonstrated project management skills.
- Solid knowledge of process reengineering methodologies and process flowcharting.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to manage conflicting priorities and multi-task effectively.
