Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, setup, and rollout of SAP EAM components including Plant Maintenance, Customer Service, Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul, and mobile solutions.
- Facilitate sessions with stakeholders to collect needs related to maintenance workflows, asset lifecycle management, and day-to-day operations.
- Create detailed functional documentation for system improvements, data connections, reporting tools, and cross-system integrations.
- Set up and manage master data structures for equipment hierarchies and functional locations.
- Configure maintenance planning frameworks and standardized task lists.
- Implement work order lifecycle processes from creation to closure.
- Establish notification systems and procedures for corrective and preventive maintenance activities.
- Define and maintain measurement indicators, warranty details, and service order workflows.
- Support end-to-end SAP EAM project phases from initial design through realization, testing, deployment, and post-launch assistance.
- Work closely with technical teams specializing in SAP infrastructure, ABAP development, and system integration to ensure stable performance.
- Develop test scenarios, execute unit and integration tests, and assist user acceptance testing with business stakeholders.
- Deliver training materials, system documentation, and support organizational change initiatives.
Responsibilities

- Conduct workshops to gather business requirements related to maintenance processes, asset management, and operational activities
- Develop functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, reports, and integrations
- Configure master data and processes such as: Equipment & functional locations
- Configure master data and processes such as: Maintenance plans and task lists
- Configure master data and processes such as: Work order management
- Configure master data and processes such as: Notifications and corrective/preventive maintenance
- Configure master data and processes such as: Measurement points, warranties, and service orders
- Support full lifecycle SAP EAM implementations (Blueprinting → Realization → Testing → Go-Live → Hypercare)
- Collaborate with SAP Basis, ABAP, and Integration teams to ensure seamless system performance
- Prepare test scripts, conduct unit/integration testing, and support UAT with business users
- Provide training, documentation, and change management support
