Responsibilities
- Lead the design, setup, and rollout of SAP EAM components including Plant Maintenance, Customer Service, Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul, and Mobile EAM
- Facilitate sessions to collect business needs tied to maintenance workflows, asset lifecycle management, and daily operations
- Create detailed functional documentation for system improvements, data connections, reporting tools, and integrations
- Set up core data structures and workflows for equipment and functional locations
- Set up core data structures and workflows for maintenance planning and task sequences
- Set up core data structures and workflows for work order processing
- Set up core data structures and workflows for maintenance notifications and corrective or preventive actions
- Set up core data structures and workflows for measurement tracking, warranty details, and service requests
- Support end-to-end SAP EAM project execution from initial design through testing, launch, and post-go-live support
- Coordinate with technical teams including SAP Basis, ABAP development, and integration specialists for system stability
- Develop test cases, execute unit and integration tests, and assist business teams during user acceptance testing
- Deliver training materials, system documentation, and change management assistance
