Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale SAP solutions for global clients undergoing digital transformation. In this role, you'll take full ownership of end-to-end solutioning across deals valued between 5 and 25 million euros, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA, cloud migration, and intelligent technologies including AI-ML and SAP Leonardo.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete solution lifecycle for major SAP transformation initiatives, from initial scoping through bid development and client presentation
- Collaborate with sales, account teams, and technical experts to shape competitive proposals aligned with client business goals
- Design integrated SAP architectures that demonstrate clear business value, leveraging S/4HANA, HANA, and cloud platforms
- Lead client workshops and solution reviews, translating technical capabilities into strategic outcomes
- Champion innovation by developing proofs of concept and new solution frameworks within the SAP ecosystem
- Mentor and develop a distributed team of solution architects across India, strengthening organizational capability
- Represent the practice in strategic discussions and industry engagements, supporting long-term growth
What You’ll Bring
- 12+ years of hands-on SAP experience, including deep expertise in at least one core module: FICO, O2C, P2P, SCM, or CRM
- Proven track record in pre-sales and solution design for large SAP programs (over 10 million euros)
- Solid understanding of SAP integration across ERP landscapes and digital platforms
- Experience managing complex implementations, upgrades, and migrations in global delivery environments
- Strong business acumen with the ability to articulate technology impact in commercial terms
- Fluency in English and experience engaging senior-level stakeholders across regions
- Familiarity with SAP Cloud, on-premise, and hybrid deployment models
- Industry knowledge in Manufacturing, Retail, CPG, or Life Sciences is highly valued
This position operates in a distributed, multi-location setup with primary hubs in Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, and Hyderabad. You’ll work across time zones and cultures, shaping next-generation SAP solutions that drive real business transformation.
