Capgemini is seeking an SAP Data Migration Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing data migration strategies for SAP implementations, ensuring data quality and integrity. You'll be part of a global collaborative community empowered to shape your career while helping leading organizations unlock the value of technology.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and execute data migration strategies for SAP systems such as SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) using tools like SAP Data Services, Informatica, or Azure Data Factory
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand data structures and business requirements
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity throughout migration and integration processes
- Document data mapping, transformation logic, and migration procedures
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience in ETL processes and data integration
- 6+ years of hands-on expertise with SAP modules and data structures
- Proficiency in SQL, data profiling, and data cleansing
- Familiarity with SAP BODS, LSMW, Syniti, or IDocs
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS
