Syneos Health is looking for a Sample Management Specialist II to manage the complete lifecycle of clinical study samples and materials. In this home-based role, you will ensure the integrity of materials through precise handling, storage, and documentation, operating independently within our collaborative culture.
What You'll Do
- Manage the receipt, control, and disposition of study samples and reference materials.
- Handle all aspects of shipping and receiving, including destruction and transfer as directed by the client.
- Provide samples and other materials to laboratory staff for analysis upon request.
- Maintain an inventory of supplies for sample management and place orders when needed.
- Assist with the maintenance, operation, and support of sample storage equipment and its monitoring system.
- Archive documents associated with the management of study samples.
What We're Looking For
- High School diploma.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to learn sample-tracking software.
- Bilingual English skills, with the ability to understand simple messages and follow basic instructions.
