Syneos Health is looking for a Sample Management Specialist II to manage the complete lifecycle of study samples and materials. In this role, you will ensure sample integrity and operate critical storage systems from your home base in Argentina or Brazil. You'll be part of an organization dedicated to a Total Self culture that values authenticity and diverse perspectives.
What You'll Do
- Manage the receipt, control, and disposition of study samples and reference materials.
- Handle all aspects of shipping, receiving, destruction, and transfer of samples as directed by the client.
- Provide samples and other materials to laboratory staff for analysis upon request.
- Maintain an inventory of sample management supplies and place orders as needed.
- Assist with the maintenance, operation, and support of sample storage equipment and its environmental monitoring system.
- Archive all documents associated with the management of study samples.
What We're Looking For
- A High School diploma.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken.
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to learn sample-tracking software.
- A bilingual English level sufficient to understand simple messages and follow basic instructions.
