OLIVER Agency is hiring a Salsify Content Manager (PIM Experience needed)

About the Role

OLIVER is looking for a Salsify Content Manager to elevate a leading beauty brand’s presence across Europe. You will be responsible for high-volume content adaptation, ensuring compliance and consistency across all eCommerce touchpoints, working within a new Europe-wide eCommerce Content Factory integrating automation and AI.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee and manage multiple content projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Adapt high-volume content while maintaining compliance and consistency across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop competitive and innovative content strategies.
  • Ensure high-quality content from concept through execution, including quality assurance checks.
  • Utilize content management software and tools to streamline workflow and enhance productivity.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of all content assets.
  • Analyze content performance and provide insights and recommendations for future projects.
  • Ensure all content is optimized for various digital platforms and follows best practices for SEO and user engagement.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience working with beauty products is a must.
  • Proficiency in English and French is required.
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Salsify Content Specialist, preferably in an advertising agency environment with a focus on beauty brands.
  • Experience using syndication tools to deliver product content to online retailers, particularly Salsify, is essential.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume portfolio of adaptation projects from concept to delivery, adhering to strict SLAs and quality benchmarks.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Amazon Vendor Central & Advertising experience is essential.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with digital shelf analytics tools (e.g., Profitero, NielsenIQ) and retail analytics tools (e.g., Amazon Vendor Central & Marketing Cloud) to assess content performance.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices for digital content.
  • Expertise in using content management tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe WF, CMS platforms).
  • Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality content.
