Cognizant is looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect to make an impact by leading the design, development, and architecture of secure, scalable, and business‑critical solutions on Salesforce CRM. You will be a valued member of the technology and architecture team, collaborating closely with technical managers, architects, and business stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Architect, design, and implement secure, scalable Salesforce solutions for complex enterprise environments.
- Lead requirement‑gathering sessions with architects, technical managers, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical designs.
- Provide technical leadership across Salesforce and integrated platforms including MuleSoft, DocuSign CLM, and various enterprise APIs.
- Guide development teams in Apex, Lightning, OmniStudio, Flows, Security, Sales Cloud, and API‑led integrations.
- Develop high‑level solution designs, prototypes, and proof‑of‑concepts to demonstrate architectural approaches.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of strong Salesforce (SFDC) hands‑on development experience, including design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise‑scale solutions.
- Extensive experience across the Salesforce tech stack: Apex, Lightning Components, OmniStudio, Flows, Security, Sales Cloud, API development.
- Strong background in enterprise API integration, event‑driven architecture, and Salesforce Connector.
- Hands‑on experience integrating Salesforce with on‑premise and cloud applications via standard and custom REST APIs.
- Experience with MuleSoft, DocuSign CLM, and other enterprise platforms.
