logicline GmbH is looking for a Senior Salesforce Solution Engineer to join our India-based team. You will support presales, consulting, and delivery for our European manufacturing clients, translating business needs into robust Salesforce solutions and coordinating with our development team for timely project completion.
What You'll Do
- Conduct requirement analysis and design technical solutions
- Lead client workshops, demos, and feedback cycles
- Coordinate between developers and stakeholders to align on implementation
- Manage sprint planning, estimation, and technical reviews
- Maintain long-term customer relationships through consistent communication
- Support the team through mentoring and knowledge sharing
- Contribute hands-on to our Salesforce-native IoT Asset Management product and various customer projects
What We're Looking For
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience on the Salesforce platform, particularly with Apex and Lightning
- Proven ability to turn business requirements into working Salesforce solutions
- Clear written and spoken English for regular contact with German clients
- Experience guiding developers in an agile environment (e.g., task breakdown, code reviews)
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and structured development workflows
Nice to Have
- Experience with Heroku, Heroku Connect, or App Link
- Familiarity with the Agentforce platform
- Exposure to IoT or AI-related integrations
- Knowledge of Salesforce DX, JavaScript, or Java
