Millennium Healthcare Management Serv LLC (Mosaic Health) is looking for a Risk Adjustment Coding Specialist I to play a critical role in ensuring accurate clinical documentation. You will be responsible for reviewing and validating provider documentation to accurately reflect patient severity of illness and the complexity of care provided.
What You'll Do
- Conduct prospective medical record review.
- Perform concurrent outpatient claim diagnosis coding.
- Perform retrospective medical record and provider response reviews.
