Responsibilities

- Provide technical guidance during all phases of the project lifecycle
- Mentor developers and analysts on best practices in Salesforce development

- Support data migration, cleansing, and synchronization across systems
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in production environments
- Participate in agile planning and sprint execution
- Ensure solutions meet accessibility and usability standards
- Guide testing strategies including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing
- Oversee configuration and customization of Salesforce objects and workflows
- Promote reuse of components and standardized design patterns
- Facilitate training for administrators and end users
