Serve as a technical advisor to customers, leading the design and implementation of solutions on the Salesforce platform. Take ownership of technical scoping, architectural decisions, and hands-on development across multiple concurrent customer engagements.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops with customers to identify business needs, technical limitations, and success metrics
- Define and manage technical scope, solution architecture, and implementation strategies for Salesforce projects
- Design and build custom Salesforce solutions, including data models, automation workflows, security frameworks, and tailored functionality
- Perform hands-on configuration and development using Salesforce tools such as Flows, Apex, and Lightning components
- Act as the primary technical contact for customers, providing consultative guidance throughout project lifecycles
- Coordinate delivery across multiple customer projects, managing timelines, scope changes, and technical complexity
- Work closely with internal Product and Engineering teams to ensure customer requirements align with product development
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience in solution design and delivery, with direct hands-on work in Salesforce environments
- Demonstrated experience in customer-facing technical roles, including leading discussions and presenting solutions
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including data modeling, security configurations, and process automation
- Practical experience configuring and developing within Salesforce platforms
- Proven ability to scope technical projects, estimate effort, and manage multiple concurrent engagements
- Strong communication skills with a track record of translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences
