Riveron is hiring a Salesforce QA Engineer to own the quality and reliability of our Salesforce applications and integrations. You will join a team guided by our DELTA values—Drive, Excellence, Leadership, Teamwork, and Accountability—and play a critical role in delivering exceptional client outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and execute test strategy, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications including Sales, Service, Experience, Revenue Cloud, and custom apps.
- Define test environment and test data requirements, collaborating with the development team to ensure availability.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for Salesforce implementations.
- Prepare, automate, and execute regression test cases to ensure maximum test coverage.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across Salesforce objects and integrations.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to clarify requirements and identify defects early.
- Conduct sanity tests to ensure systems are production ready.
- Track and report defects using Jira or similar tools, ensuring timely resolution.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement in QA processes.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience in functional and automated testing of Salesforce applications.
- Proven experience preparing test plans and writing test cases.
- Knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and customizations.
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium or Provar.
- Familiarity with API testing (REST/SOAP) and integration validation.
- Experience conducting load and performance tests.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience using JIRA and similar tools.
- A background in client-facing roles.
Nice to Have
- Salesforce Admin or Advanced Admin certification.
- Business Analyst certification.
- Experience with test automation frameworks for Salesforce using tools like Selenium, Provar, or TestNG.
