The QA Automation Engineer will develop and maintain automated tests for a cross-platform home design application across iOS, macOS, Web, Android, and Windows. The role requires close collaboration with product, development, and delivery teams to ensure consistent quality and efficient testing processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for applications on iOS, macOS, Web, Android, and Windows platforms
- Work closely with product, development, and delivery teams to align testing strategies with project goals
- Track and report on test execution progress using modern tools and methodologies
- Actively share testing best practices, insights, and technical knowledge with team members
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in test automation, including at least 2 years focused on iOS or Android native applications
- Strong programming skills in Java and Kotlin, or a willingness to learn Kotlin
- Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium and Appium, and testing frameworks like JUnit and TestNG
- Experience working with API technologies including REST, GraphQL, gRPC, and SOAP
- Hands-on experience using Xcode, Android Studio, and IntelliJ or other JetBrains IDEs
- Familiarity with browser developer tools in Chrome, Safari, and Firefox, along with basic JavaScript knowledge
- Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and readable code
- Strong communication and analytical problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality results
- Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency
- Knowledge of the Russian language
