NeuraFlash is hiring a SDET/Mobile Automation Engineer

Develop and improve automation frameworks to support testing initiatives.. Convert system requirements into practical design specifications for implementation.. Work with team members to detect and resolve issues in test automation processes.. Perform comprehensive testing to ensure application reliability and performance.. Maintain clear records of testing procedures and outcomes for transparency and traceability.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to building and refining automation frameworks.
  • Turn system requirements into executable design specifications.
  • Work collaboratively to troubleshoot and solve testing obstacles.
  • Execute detailed testing to validate application quality and stability.
  • Record testing methods and results to support team communication and documentation standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, including internships or software-related roles.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in mobile app automation using Selenium and Core Java.
  • Demonstrated skill in mobile test automation, particularly with Appium.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to lead projects to successful completion.
  • Must be available for onsite client work three days per week.
  • Possession of an associate or bachelor's degree is required.

Nice to Have

  • High level of expertise in Appium for mobile automation.
  • High level of expertise in Selenium for test automation.
  • Associate degree or college diploma in a relevant field of study.

Compensation

Hourly rate of $44.00 - $54.00

Work Arrangement

Onsite in California, Cleveland, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey/New York, or Washington with 60% onsite client work (3 days per week), minimizing travel requirements

Additional Information

  • This position requires 60% onsite presence at client locations, equivalent to three days per week.
