ICF is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Quality Assurance ATF Analyst to apply your expertise in manual and automated testing to support release validation and ensure high-quality deployments across ServiceNow modules in our consulting environment.

What You'll Do

Develop, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow enhancements and releases.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Validate ServiceNow workflows, catalog items, forms, notifications, and integrations.
Identify, document, and track defects using defect tracking tools.
Verify fixes and ensure defects are resolved before production deployment.
Test configurations and customizations within ServiceNow modules (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog).
Validate business rules, client scripts, UI policies, workflows, and integrations.
Ensure system configurations meet functional requirements and governance standards.
Support testing for ServiceNow upgrades and patch releases.
Develop or maintain automated test scripts where applicable (e.g., ServiceNow ATF, Selenium, or other testing tools).
Maintain test data and testing environments.
Monitor test results and provide reports on quality metrics.
Work with developers, business analysts, and product owners to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
Support end users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Maintain QA documentation including test cases, test results, and defect reports.
Provide regular status updates on testing progress and quality risks.
Assist in developing QA standards and best practices for the ServiceNow platform.
Communicate effectively with a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, or similar field.
5+ years of Quality Assurance or software testing experience.
3+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform and ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
2+ years of good knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, or CSM.
3+ years of experience with test automation tools (such as Selenium, TestNG, etc.).
3+ years of experience working with tools like JIRA.
Understanding of API and integration testing.
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder.
Candidate must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and all work must be performed in the U.S.

Nice to Have

ServiceNow certification (e.g., ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or related certification).
Understanding of API and integration testing.
Prior experience in consulting, US government or healthcare is an advantage but not essential.
