NeuraFlash is seeking a Salesforce Experience Architect specializing in AI and Agentforce to drive the design and build of intelligent solutions that deliver significant business value. You will focus on experience and solution design, architecture, and execution for Generative AI technologies within the Salesforce ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- Provide industry best practices and serve as a trusted client advisor.
- Drive requirement gathering and serve as the Salesforce platform expert.
- Bring an experience design-focused mindset to solution creation.
- Work with clients to build their strategy and roadmap, enabling quick wins and long-term goals.
- Leverage Salesforce technology such as Agentforce, Einstein Bots, Einstein for Service, and Service Intelligence.
- Provide input on detailed design specifications, infrastructure, and project plans.
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions.
- Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members.
- Follow and understand new Salesforce product and technical capabilities.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in a customer-facing technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or business process mapping role.
- 5+ years of CRM industry experience.
- Proven ability to drive requirement gathering sessions.
- Experience architecting and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud.
- Experience with GenAI prompt writing.
- Hands-on experience with at least one of: Agentforce (or similar GenAI platforms), Einstein Service Intelligence, or Next Best Action.
- Proven ability to design and optimize business processes across disparate systems.
- Ability to tie outcomes to business value and return on investment through storytelling.
- Comfortable using flow charting tools like Lucidchart.
- Ability to lead a cross-functional team to create rich end user experiences.
- Willing and able learner of new technologies.
Nice to Have
- Experience with defining robust testing approaches for GenAI solutions.
