Join a high-impact project focused on transforming a large-scale Salesforce CRM environment. As a Salesforce Engineer, you'll play a central role in redefining how sales and customer success teams operate by building and maintaining robust, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. This contract role runs from April 2026 to March 2027, requiring full-time availability and alignment with Central Standard Time for collaboration.
What You'll Do
- Develop comprehensive documentation such as business requirements, user stories, functional specs, and system designs to guide implementation.
- Configure Salesforce environments using declarative tools including Flows, Process Builder, and Page Layouts to meet evolving business needs.
- Design and implement custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Aura frameworks.
- Lead testing efforts across unit, regression, QA, and user acceptance phases to ensure solution quality.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs, leveraging Named Credentials and Data Extensions.
- Collaborate with training and communications teams to support change adoption across the organization.
- Work within Agile workflows, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and delivering incremental value.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; Administrator certification is expected.
- Proven experience configuring Sales Cloud or Service Cloud, including Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, Reports, and Dashboards.
- Solid background in business analysis for sales or customer service operations.
- Direct experience with Case Management, routing logic, and Experience Cloud (Communities).
- Development skills in Apex, LWC, Aura, and ReactJS.
- Familiarity with integration patterns using REST, SOAP, and Named Credentials.
- Active participation in Agile project delivery cycles.
