TransUnion is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our CRM program and ensure the Salesforce platform serves as a consistent, global operating environment for Sales and Services users. You will work closely with Salesforce Business Leads and Enterprise Architecture to define platform vision, integration with backend systems, and long-term management strategies while supporting the operating model and enhancing capabilities for Customer Operations.
What You'll Do
- Work with Salesforce Business Leads and Enterprise Architecture to shape the vision of the Salesforce platform
- Define how the Salesforce platform interacts with other backend systems
- Manage the Salesforce platform for long-term success
- Ensure adherence to the operating model and adjust as necessary
- Support the business user community effectively
- Evolve functionality and capabilities of the Salesforce platform for Customer Operations groups
- Provide guidance on Salesforce capabilities to the business community
- Help evolve the operating model of the development team
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years working on the Salesforce platform in a developer capacity
- Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Proficiency in Apex programming language
- Experience with Visualforce pages
- Strong knowledge of SOQL & SOSL
- Experience with Unit Testing
- API integration experience using Salesforce flows with advanced techniques
- Secure enterprise integration experience and best practices
- Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration
- Experience with object-oriented design patterns and development
- Ability to build custom apps and objects
- Ability to create formula fields, workflows, and custom views
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of relational databases
- Experience with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML)
- Software engineering skills with Salesforce Platform
- Custom integration of Salesforce with internal web applications, Amazon Connect, Live Person, Visual Force, Canvas, Google Analytics, SOQL
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security
- Experience with Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM
- Desire to work within a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based support environment
- Experience in implementation and GO LIVE support
- Experience with Salesforce Copado DevOps or familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and source version control branch management
- Experience with Copado Robotic testing scripts
