Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for resolving live Salesforce system issues, incidents, and escalated cases
- Diagnose and fix defects in Apex, Flows, LWC, integrations, and Salesforce configuration settings
- Conduct root-cause investigations and deploy lasting fixes to stop repeated problems
- Track overall platform health, system performance metrics, and integration stability
- Use Copado AI tools to assist with debugging, code evaluation, impact forecasting, and solution suggestions
- Review debug logs, exception records, integration failures, governor limit breaches, and automation errors
- Collaborate with Business, Product, QA, and Support teams to triage and resolve live incidents
- Build and release emergency fixes, patches, and system stability updates with minimal operational impact
- Find and propose improvements to enhance platform reliability, scalability, and long-term maintainability
- Produce and update technical documentation, operational runbooks, and support knowledge entries
- Take part in post-incident reviews and contribute to ongoing service improvement efforts
- Assist in validating releases and monitoring systems after deployment
