Red Hat is hiring a Salesforce Developer - LWC in Ireland to join our Sales Performance Management team. You will play a key role in transforming our Sales planning ecosystem to the Salesforce Lightning platform, aligning with the Plan to Pay value stream. This is an opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and expand your expertise in Salesforce, data analytics, and related tools.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement custom objects, fields, and relationships to meet specific business needs.
- Ensure data integrity and maintainability of custom objects and their related data.
- Build reusable LWC components using HTML, JavaScript, and CSS to create interactive and dynamic user interfaces.
- Integrate LWC components into Salesforce pages and applications.
- Write Apex code to implement business logic, triggers, and custom actions.
- Optimize Apex code for performance and scalability.
- Debug and troubleshoot Apex code issues.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
- 8+ years of relevant work experience.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, including Sales Cloud, Sales Planning, ETM, and other relevant modules.
- Experience with Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience with SOQL and SOSL.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Proficiency in using one or more IDE tools, namely VSCode or Eclipse.
- Experience with devops ci/cd and GitHub.
- Experience with JIRA and understanding of Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
- Salesforce Credentials.
- Knowledge of the SnowFlake Data Analytics platform.
- Experience with Python DBT.
