Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, focusing on Agentforce and Einstein features for AI-driven automation and insights.
- Build, optimize, and maintain integration between Salesforce and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, web platforms, Mulesoft, APIs).
- Develop and manage complex workflows, process automations, and approval processes using Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and Apex.
- Implement and support Partner Communities, ensuring secure and scalable external user experiences.
- Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and external partners to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions.
- Support and extend Salesforce Marketing Cloud integrations and campaigns.
- Ensure best practices for security, data integrity, and compliance.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends, especially in AI and automation.
- Provide technical support, documentation, and training to end users.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning, Flows, Process Builder)
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer is required.
- Demonstrated experience with Agentforce (Salesforce AI/automation) and Einstein (AI/analytics) features
- Strong background in building and maintaining integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Mulesoft, external systems)
- Proven ability to design and implement complex workflows and automations
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
Nice to Have
- Salesforce Agentforce Specialist
- Experience with Salesforce Partner Communities/ Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud is highly desirable
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer, Integration Architect, Marketing Cloud, etc.) are a plus
