Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy Salesforce customizations such as Apex classes, Lightning Components, Aura Components, and custom objects.
- Engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from gathering requirements to deployment and testing.
- Maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot existing Salesforce customizations for peak performance.
- Develop new Salesforce solutions to meet evolving team demands in a fast-moving environment.
- Build and manage integrations with external systems using APIs and web services.
- Work with stakeholders and development teams to define system improvements and functional needs.
- Adhere to Salesforce security protocols and development best practices.
- Build and support custom applications on Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning technologies.
- Produce and update technical documentation, including design specs, user guides, and release notes.
- Partner with technical teams to gather and formalize requirements for Salesforce implementations.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to custom code, flows, integrations, and platform customizations.
- Take part in peer code reviews to uphold coding standards and platform best practices.
- Monitor emerging Salesforce features and suggest improvements to current implementations.
