Responsibilities
- Analyze client business processes to identify Salesforce implementation needs
- Configure Salesforce environments to meet specific client requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional and technical specifications
- Develop workflows, automation rules, and validation logic within Salesforce
- Support data migration activities from legacy systems to Salesforce
- Conduct user acceptance testing and resolve identified issues
- Provide guidance on best practices for Salesforce configuration and use
- Document system configurations and solution designs
- Assist in integrating Salesforce with third-party applications
- Deliver training sessions for end users and administrators
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner
- Participate in agile project teams and contribute to sprint planning
- Ensure compliance with security and data governance standards
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
- Support post-implementation reviews and ongoing optimization efforts
Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ or Marketing Cloud
