You will be the primary architect and hands-on engineer designing and launching our Professional Services Automation (PSA) engine from inception to global deployment. This role sits on the Professional Services Strategy & Operations team, bridging business vision and technical execution to support Stripe's mission of increasing the GDP of the internet.

- Collaborate with ProServ leadership to translate abstract business needs into technical reality, serving as a thought leader for the project management ecosystem.
- Lead critical data migration efforts and partner with Engineering teams to unlock the value of Stripe's data, ensuring seamless connectivity between Certinia and core internal systems.
- Design holistically for flexibility and maintainability, building for a global organization.
- Balance high-level architecture with daily execution by managing data hygiene, designing intuitive dashboards, and providing support and training to drive team adoption.

- Expert-level knowledge of data migration, system integrations (APIs), and tools within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Familiarity with Ruby, JavaScript (React/TypeScript), or SQL, with the ability to jump from frontend UI tweaks to backend API logic.
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce CRM architecture constraints and ability to build holistically from documentation to deployment and impact measurement.
- A professional who thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and moves from high-level design to troubleshooting a flow in the same hour.
- Possession of a Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform Developer I/II certification.
- AI & Automation Fluency.
Nice to Have
