Take ownership of a critical greenfield initiative to implement Certinia on Salesforce, shaping the foundation of Stripe’s Professional Services operations. You’ll serve as both architect and builder, driving the system from concept through deployment while ensuring it scales with the company’s global growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of Certinia implementation, including discovery, system design, configuration, and global rollout.
- Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and complex automation, balancing declarative and programmatic approaches.
- Translate business requirements from ProServ leadership into robust technical designs, guiding the vision for project management workflows.
- Manage end-to-end data migration and establish integrations with core internal systems in collaboration with Engineering teams.
- Ensure system longevity by prioritizing maintainability, documentation, and performance at scale.
- Support team adoption through dashboard design, data governance, and on-the-ground training and troubleshooting.
What You Bring
- Five or more years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with proven success in building complex systems from scratch.
- Direct experience with Certinia (FinancialForce) PSA or ERP implementations.
- Strong technical fluency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, and SFDX, with an understanding of architectural trade-offs in Salesforce development.
- Expertise in data migration, API integrations, and Salesforce ecosystem tooling.
- Familiarity with Ruby, JavaScript (including React/TypeScript), or SQL—comfortable navigating full-stack challenges.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM limitations and best practices across design, deployment, and measurement.
- Ability to operate independently in fast-paced, evolving environments, shifting seamlessly between strategy and execution.
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform Developer I/II certification required.
- Experience applying AI and automation to streamline business processes.
Nice to Have
- Background in professional services operations or the payments industry.
- Understanding of the lead-to-revenue pipeline, especially how PSA data influences revenue recognition under ASC 606.
- Experience modeling resource planning and staffing across multi-currency, multi-region teams.
