Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain complex automated solutions using Salesforce Flow Builder.
- Manage data imports and deduplication while building advanced reporting and dashboards to provide business visibility.
- Maintain the platform’s security integrity, including the sharing model, profiles, and permission sets.
- Act as the primary support contact, managing the ticket queue and conducting training for new features.
Requirements
- 4+ years as a Salesforce Administrator
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce security model, including roles, profiles, and permission sets.
- Experience with Salesforce automation tools, with expert-level proficiency in Flow and Lightning Experience
- Proven ability to maintain data quality, manage imports and deduplication, and build advanced reports and dashboards.
- Hands-on experience with sandbox strategies and DevOps/deployment tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado, or Change Sets).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
