TMA Systems is hiring a Salesforce Administrator

Role Overview

As the Sr. Salesforce Administrator, you will lead the strategic development and ongoing management of our Salesforce CRM environment. Your work will directly influence how sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams use data and automation to improve performance and decision-making. You'll align platform capabilities with evolving business needs while ensuring stability, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform
  • Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems to ensure reliable data exchange
  • Develop custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes tailored to business requirements
  • Use automation tools such as Flows, Process Builder, and Assignment Rules to reduce manual tasks
  • Enhance operational efficiency by applying AI-driven insights to workflow design
  • Create dynamic dashboards and reports that replace static spreadsheets and support real-time decision-making
  • Ensure data accuracy by managing imports, deduplication, and governance policies
  • Establish and enforce data standards, roles, and permission sets in line with security protocols
  • Train users, document processes, and provide ongoing support to drive platform adoption
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with organizational goals
  • Monitor system performance and lead initiatives to improve functionality and usability
  • Act as the primary resource for Salesforce expertise across the organization

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years of hands-on Salesforce administration, with focus on automation and system integration
  • Proven experience with Sales Cloud, CPQ, Gong, HubSpot, and familiarity with Marketing Cloud
  • Deep knowledge of core Salesforce objects including Leads, Accounts, Opportunities, and Cases
  • Proficiency in building reports and dashboards that track pipeline, conversion, and engagement metrics
  • Experience managing data quality, governance, and security frameworks
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong documentation and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills

  • Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications
  • Working knowledge of SQL and API integrations
  • Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft or Zapier
  • Familiarity with CPQ, Service Cloud, and GDPR or other data privacy regulations
