DriveWhip is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to be the backbone of our internal Salesforce instance. You will ensure our team has the tools, data, and automations needed to deliver exceptional experiences to our customers.
What You'll Do
- Own and optimize our Salesforce environment as the primary point of contact for all platform-related needs
- Manage user access, security settings, and permissions while maintaining data integrity across the organization
- Build and refine automations using Flow to streamline business processes
- Create custom reports and dashboards that drive decision-making across teams
- Handle ongoing system maintenance, including sandbox management and release updates, and proactively identify and manage areas of technical debt
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, along with outside agencies and contractors, to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
- Document processes and configurations to preserve institutional knowledge as we grow
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
- Active Salesforce Administrator certification
- Proficiency in building complex Flows, managing integrations, and troubleshooting issues independently
- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment with an understanding of subscription business metrics
- Strong experience working cross-functionally to support marketing, sales, and finance stakeholders
- Strong English communication skills for collaboration across time zones
- Curiosity and an ownership mindset; you proactively identify platform improvements rather than waiting to be asked
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with our tech stack or Blackthorn products is a plus
