Responsibilities
- Drive measurable improvements in field team performance by influencing behavior, workflow adoption, and prescription access outcomes
- Ensure training initiatives lead to effective on-the-job application beyond theoretical understanding
- Strengthen consistent use of core sales processes such as pre-call planning, workflow discovery, access assessments, and follow-up protocols
- Design training that reflects real-world dynamics of healthcare provider offices, including interactions with medical assistants and administrative staff
- Develop and execute a scalable training strategy focused on achieving sales goals
- Convert inputs from marketing, pharmacy services, compliance, and channel teams into actionable field guidance
- Use adult learning principles and modern training technologies to increase engagement and knowledge retention
- Work closely with internal and external partners to align training with strategic business needs
- Lead onboarding programs that prepare new hires in prescription fulfillment, business policies, and essential selling competencies
- Deliver dynamic training sessions that result in lasting behavioral change
- Regularly update training content to maintain accuracy, compliance, and relevance
- Conduct field observations to reinforce learning, assess performance, and offer immediate coaching
- Collaborate with sales leadership to detect skill deficiencies and deploy focused development interventions
- Collect frontline feedback to refine and enhance training effectiveness
- Coordinate with field-based trainers to ensure uniform delivery and messaging
- Partner with sales and HR teams to support leadership development for front-line managers
- Support initiatives aimed at strengthening coaching quality and managerial capabilities
- Measure training success using defined KPIs and structured feedback systems
- Utilize data from CRM and dashboards to detect performance patterns, adoption shortfalls, and coaching needs
- Continuously seek ways to boost the efficiency and impact of training programs
